  1. License Grant: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the software according to the plan you purchased (Single Site or Multi-Site).

  2. Software Usage: The software is provided “as is.” While we use AES-256 encryption and follow security best practices, we are not responsible for any data loss or server issues resulting from the use of this plugin.

  3. Licensing System: Our plugin includes a built-in licensing system. By using the software, you agree that the plugin will communicate with our server (tutoryouth.com) to verify your license status and domain.

  4. Ownership: All intellectual property, code, and design remain the property of Muhammad Sohail (TutorYouth). You may not resell, redistribute, or “null” the plugin.

  5. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your license if we find evidence of license sharing, software piracy, or violation of these terms.
